The Rekovice disc golf course is located in the village of Trojanovice in the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains. It is operated by the club DGC Beskyd Frenštátsko in cooperation with the municipality. The course was originally created in 2016 as a smaller, roughly ten-hole course, and gradually expanded to its current form.
The course offers two main game layouts. The basic 18-hole layout is suitable for intermediate to advanced players and combines open meadows with technical passages in the woods. The second, shorter nine-hole layout is designed for beginners, families and recreational players or for faster play.
The terrain of the course is varied - some holes are played in the meadow, some in the woods, so players combine longer open throws with more precise technical play. This makes the course attractive to a wide range of players.
Since 2021 the course has been managed by DGC Beskyd Frenštátsko, which takes care of its maintenance, development and tournament organisation. The course is a lively place for the disc golf community and offers the possibility of renting discs.
The Pod Horečkama discgolf course is a small public course that was created in 2025 thanks to the cooperation of the town of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and the DGC Beskyd Frenštátsko discgolf club.
The course has six holes, so it is a smaller and easier location suitable for beginners, families with children or recreational players. The terrain is mostly flat to slightly undulating, which allows for comfortable and easy play.
It is aimed at the general public - ideal for a quick practice session, technique training or an introduction to disc golf for complete novices. The course is managed by DGC Beskyd Frenštátsko.
If you want, I can describe each hole in detail or create a brief map of the layout.
