Lysá hora, sometimes referred to as the Queen of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, is the highest mountain in the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains. It is located in the cadastres of Ostravice, Krásná, Staré Hamry, Malenovice. The massif of Lysá hora is separated from other parts of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy by the deep valleys of Ostravice, Řečice and Mohelnice and is formed by the dominant peak of Gigula (the old name restored by Petr Bezruč). In terms of its ruggedness and complexity, it forms a separate mountain group with four main spurs and several other side ridges and ridges. From the summit of "Gigula" there are 4 spurs: "Lukšinec", "Malchor", "Zimní Polana" and "Velký Kobylík".
